EMKP240 stitched composite fiberglass mat integrates 200g fiberglass stitched mat and 40g polyester veil via polyester stitching. Designed exclusively for FRP photovoltaic frames, it features excellent resin wettability, flat surface effect and superior anti-aging performance for outdoor solar applications. The all-in-one stitched structure eliminates separate laying steps, prevents breakage and deformation in pultrusion lines, and optimizes the weather resistance of solar panel frames. Compatible with multiple resin systems, EMKP240 composite mat is a cost-effective core reinforcement material for global new energy PV profile manufacturers.
Its features:
